We try to make a complex system seem very easy to our clients. For shipping your goods we only ask our clients these steps:

Request a Quote
First of all, decide what you would like to send and estimate the number of cartons you will need. We can provide you with cartons in several sizes, if you need more information about the cartons, please check the packing carton page.
After you determine your carton needs, fill in our free quote form or call us if you prefer.

Place an Order
Now place an order online. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email or phone that your order has been initiated.

Box Delivery
Based on your order, London Baggage will contact you to arrange the best way to deliver the cartons, in order to be easy to you pack your goods.

Pack
At London Baggage we believe in self pack, you know best how to set your own things, but we give you the means to do so: hardened cardboard boxes.
London Baggage can also pack for you if you need so; we will pack your things, as an extra fee. You can also use your own boxes, but be sure that they are hardened cardboard boxes as ours and that they are in good condition... (to know more about Packing, click on the links below).

Label
It is important to supply the precise information to make sure your carton boxes are addressed properly and correctly identified. We provide baggage labels. You only have to fill in the form below and then print your baggage labels. A copy of the label should be attached securely to all items that are being handled by London Baggage.

Pick Up
We can arrange for a local pick up from your door or porch (if you are not at home), you just have to indicate the precise address in your booking request and the date and time preferred.

We will contact you to schedule with you the pick up.

Storage
If you do not have anybody to leave your goods or a place to keep them, we can also provide a safe place to store your personal goods for the time you need it.We provide comprehensive storage facilities worldwide. Rates vary according to amount of storage required, length of deposit, and location. We also operate a number of airport terminal left luggage and locker facilities. This service is provided on a subscription basis, offering you a post restate address in London, England.

We also offer low cost monthly storage fees and reasonable priced pickup and delivery, as you can see in your Free Quote.

In case you are sending your baggage overseas, we offer a FREE storage for one month prior for you to have time to settle first.

Transit Times
Transit Times vary depending on destination, Customs, routing, volumes, weather conditions and many variable factors. Although we do not guarantee transit times, as rule for intercontinental sea shipments allow 8-12 weeks and air freight shipments can take between 5 to 14 days depending on the destination and the level of service chosen.

The following timings are a good guide to average consignment times from the UK to final destination.

Express Airport Uncleared Service: 3-6 days
Airport Uncleared Service 5-14 days
Air - door-to-door: 5-14 days
Sea Transit times vary greatly according to destination and routing, but for intercontinental sea shipping allow 8-12 weeks
European Destinations by Road normally 2-4 weeks

Track
We operate the latest and most up-to-date computerised tracking systems. Our state-of-the-art SQL computer system gives full details on the status of all shipments in transit and incorporates the latest information as soon as it is available to us. If you prefer we can also give you that information by phone, fax or email.

Delivery
In case of a removal or global move overseas, you will find in your new home all the shipment that you have packed carefully and now, without the hurt of having to carry heavy bags, you can start redecorating your house.

You arrive at your hotel, villa, company or other destination, refreshed from the hassle of travelling light, where you will have your baggage waiting for you.
